How can a festival change the world?

The energy we cast into the universe is what we experience. With intention, we are able to cocreate with the universe. The more people we have working in this conscious cocreation with life, the more the world changes (into a more beautiful world if we choose).

I fully understand I may sound absolutely crazy to some of you…like what do I think I am? A witch?

(The answer is yes. Although I prefer the priestess title.)

To give you a slight peek into what I mean when I say “synchronicities” or “magic”, let me tell you about my past week.

On Halloween, on the night of the thinned veil, I had a ceremony to welcome in this new phase of life and connect to the realms beyond what we can see with our eyes…calling in ancestors, angels, and supportive beings of all kinds. I wrote out the emotions, patterns, and blocks in my energetic field that no longer serve me. I burned that paper and wrote out my intentions of what i was calling into those spaces on a different piece of paper. I had 4 main intentions that I simplified down into a couple words so I could create a sigil with each one.

About an hour after the ceremony, a soul sister of mine texted me asking if I’d like a free ticket to go to a festival called Arkadia for the weekend. We’d talked about this festival months prior but I didn’t have the finances to make it make sense. Arkadia is “a festival for a more beautiful world”. A container filled with powerful speakers, sound alchemists, and creators of an experience of the world that is led by love, unity, and the quintessence within it all.

2 days after the ceremony, we hopped in the car to drive to Area15 in Vegas. I decided to create outfits inspired by each sigil of intention (which happened to be the 4 elements)

Day 1: I am Nature

I am introduced to 2 of Zena’s friend, Joey & Raquel, and I immediately feel the soul family energy. They mention the possibility of getting married and I offer to be the officiant.

I learn that one of my greatest poet inspirations, Caitlyn, is also one of the main hosts of the festival. When we see her, we realize that all 4 of us girls are dressed in floral Nature vibes.

The first woman I meet in the bathroom is Hallie. I can feel the power immediately and the second time I see her that night I can feel us clear and shift the dimension around us.

Day 2: I am sacred waters

We get to the festival to listen to one of my other latest inspos, Mama Gena, speaking on feeling your emotions, and swamp with the crowd (highly recommend reading her book, Pussy). All while flowing waters are on the visuals all around her.

Day 3: I am dancing fire

The night of the wedding! We have a quick, powerful, beautiful ceremony outside the tree arch. I wear my Mayan calendar scarf on my back.

Upon meeting a beautiful soul for the first time in this lifetime, we stand there hugging for almost 30 minutes. (During which multiple previous lives where we have met come to mind for us both)

This night in particular I felt my body be an instrument to the music around me more than ever before…sometimes getting to dance the music, sometimes being danced by the music.

Day 4: I am the colors of the wind.

I’ve been enjoying Equanimous’s sounds for awhile now and was stoked that he would be there live. On the Uber over, I tell James about the Mayan calendar and the Dreamspell….syncing with the natural cycles of the world rather than the artificial time we place on it.

The very last song of the night I get to be standing next to Equanimous (Nate) and tell him how much I appreciated his set and give him a hug.

Our gracious hosts, Casey & Maranda, made us some of the best nutritional food, and provided such an amazing space to come back to between the adventures. They also made it possible for me to try my first micro dose of fresh golden teachers.

If you’ve made it this far, thank you for reading and sharing in these moments with me. It can be difficult to describe the perspective I experience when we all have different views. Music festivals can be seen as a place to just go party, drink, and do drugs….and that’s absolutely a way to experience it and a way that I have experienced it before. The thing that made this one different for me was the energetic container of intention both on my end and within the energy of a lot of the people there. Speakers during the day led to deeper magic infused into the evening. I was very present for the festival with a couple micro doses of plant medicines. Throughout the entire weekend we did breathwork, held energetic containers of magic, and had so many places of shifting into a higher frequency to experience life through.

Arkadia is “a festival for a more beautiful world” and holds the intention of creating change in the world. I can speak for my world and the shifts I’ve experienced so far:

1- Stepping into my full power. I have noticed a considerable shift in how I am articulating myself and the confidence to be in any space.

2- My connection to my intuition and 3rd eye has strengthened greatly both visually and felt.

3- I have stepped through the doorway of my soul’s calling of being a shamanic priestess of ceremony. Marrying Joey & Raquel during the festival was absolutely incredible.

4- My magic & creatorship abilities have expanded with faster manifestations and flowing synchronicities. Trust in myself has deepened.

5- My whole body feels more electrified, aware, and aligned with my mind and soul.

6- My conversations have shifted into a more deeply nourishing space and so many layers of insecurities, anxieties, shame, and judgement have been released.

7- I have an increased energetic capacity to allow Spirit to truly flow through me and into the life all around me.

8- More and more of my soul fam from this lifetime and others are coming into my life. This includes humans and other planetary systems.

9- My “shadow” and “light” feel more integrated than ever.

Now, these things seemingly only changed my world….but the ripple effect this frequency has on the people and things around me and throughout the world is real. And then when you have thousands of people that have all of their own experiences that they ripple into the world. It may not be quantifiable and not every person will be affected, but I truly believe this is the frequency and shifts that truly change the world…however incrementally…and plants/nurtures the seeds of a world led by love.
